  I have been going to Indian Crest for a little over two years now and have had only great experiences! We normally see Dr. Knott and he is amazing, always makes my LO feel comfortable and makes him laugh and trust him before he examines him. Knott always makes sure to ask how I, as a mom, am doing as well and to check how being a parent is going or if i have any concerns or questions. Rachel (Dr. Knott's MA) is one of my favorite people. You can tell she really cares about the children and takes the time to remember who they are and make them feel comfortable. She helps make the visit smooth and easy, which as a mom I am so thankful for! We have been in several times for the average cold or weird symptoms and will be seen by Jessie. She takes the time to check out all the symptoms and answer questions I have. She never just dismisses it as a common cold even of that is what it does end up being. She is thorough and mindful of what LO is going through. Lastly the front desk ladies are so sweet and kind when we walk in. They can tell I'm stressed( being a mom of a toddler does that to you) but they make sure to make me feel calm and welcomed when we arrive. LO loves getting stickers from them and seeing all the fun animals around the front, especially the fish. We have never waited longer then 5-10 minutes for a visit and even if we had to i would be fine with it because i know when we are in our appointment i ask a ton of questions that makes it go longer then expected. This staff is amazing and so great with the parents and kids! I will be taking all my kids here for a long time! Thank you Indian Crest!

  Unfortunately I used to love the care provided here but Dr. Barb is the only reason my family stuck around and kept going here. The women at the front desk are always rude, talk down to you, and act like doing their job is an inconvenience. Every time I asking a simple question they always seemed annoyed and talk to me like I'm stupid.
  Jesse the P.A. is the main reason we are leaving though. She stated my daughter was gaining weight just fine and growing perfectly. When I mentioned a vegan diet she quickly changed her mind and insisted I go back in to weigh her. She even said I should feed my infant ice cream so she should gain weight. Even though she was gaining weight anyway! Being a young P.A. you think she would have more up to date knowledge on diets. She was very ignorant about the whole situation and didn't understand basic nutrition.
