  The people at the bank have always been very nice and helpful. My complaint is with the company its self. Had to call customer service , the rep was rude and condensending. The customer service wasn't in the states either. Also even though they get a direct deposit information on Friday night they won't post it until Monday. The DD although very annoying isn't worth me changing banks but the customer service being out of the country and the rudeness of the agent is worth me changing.
