  Worst experience I've ever had with Verizon! The sales rep totally messed up my account. Now I have $2,000 worth of paper weights. The phones are useless because he messed up my account and they cannot be activated. I spent multiple hours on the phone yesterday with the representatives trying to get this problem resolved. Dumbass got rid of my grandfather plan, set it up as though the devices were being mailed to us instead of picked up at the store , screwed up the family plan that I had, told us that Verizon stores don't activate the phones anymore said that we had to do it on our own. Verizon technical support Representatives told me to take it back to the store for a full refund so I can start the process all over again because they messed it up so bad. When I tried they shut the door two minutes before they were supposed to and refused to help us. They should not hire sales reps that don't have a clue. How many days do I have to waist to get this problem resolved!
