  My experience so far in almost 18 months (only a few more thank god) is that the community is truly terrible. I've had multiple problems here, the number one problem being crime. Cars are constantly getting broken into and if you have a package left at your door you can almost count on it being stolen. Not only that but people here aren't of great quality and will harass you, try and scare you, and generally be creeps. There's only one person in the office that has continued to have good customer service skills. The rest of them, the women specifically, will try and belittle you, condescend you, and are overall rude and unhelpful. At one point my kitchen sink actually fell through the granite in the kitchen breaking the dishes inside. They came the next day to fix it, got halfway through and decided not to hook the plumbing back up and left it without telling me what they were doing or why. When I got home and saw it unfinished I had to call to try and get somebody to try and finish it. Multiple times I have had maintenance in my apartment and close my bedroom door so they don't go in there but every time I see the door is open and that they have gone in.
  
  **Update. After posting this review I was "gently" reminded that I need to give my 60 day notice to vacate in June... 2 months away. I think I got the hint.
